  • Shall the Board of Directors of the Eastern Iowa Community College District (Merged Area IX) (Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges), in the Counties of Cedar, Clinton, Dubuque, Jackson, Johnson, Louisa, Muscatine and Scott, be authorized to remodel, erect and equip buildings at its three main campuses and other enrollment locations, including science and technology improvements at all campus locations, contract indebtedness therefore, and issue its school bonds in an amount not exceeding $33,000,000 for that purpose?
